We are currently speaking to several housebuilding companies about how they plan to increase production over the summer without committing to recruiting large numbers of staff in the technical, commercial and construction departments.
Many are mindful that they will need more resources but with costs still a major issue the ability to recruit permanent staff is limited for many builders, so they are considering employing consultants and experienced housebuilding staff on a contract or temporary basis.
We are therefore inviting applications from suitably experienced Engineers, QS’s, Architects & Design specialists who are interested in working on a contract basis later this year. We would also like to hear from experienced Commercial or Technical Managers and Directors who have left the residential development sector in the last 18 months.
