Sales Administrator - 3 month contract
Description
Our client builds upmarket new homes across the UK in desirable locations. They now seek a sales administrator to be office based in Yorkshire assisting the Sales Director in all aspects of running the sales office. Specifically, the successful candidate will primarily involved in progressing all sales through to legal completion. This will involve liaison with customers, solicitors, valuers, lenders and on site sales negotiators therefore excellent communication skills are a must. In addition, the candidate must be organised an disciplined to ensure the smooth running of the sales office.
The contract will run for a minimum of three months and is office based working Monday to Friday. If you have worked for a housebuilder before and have the right skills for this type of appointment please forward your CV for an initial discussion.
