Description

Our client is a national housebuilder with a West Yorkshire office. As market conditions improve they are seeking to recruit an expereinced housebuilding sales manager to cover all the sites in the Yorkshire region. Specifically, the post holder will be reponsible for ensuring all sites are appropriately staffed, personally covering for abscence where required, reporting weekly sales figures to the Sales Director. Additionally, this person will be actively involved in local marketing activities such as local advertising placement, site launches, special promotional events, signage, and showhome design and presentation.
