Sales Negotiator
Description
Our client, a national housebuilder, has a new opportunity for an experienced sales negotiator to join their sales force in the North West. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team and be based on site. You will take responsibility for meeting customers, understanding their requirements and current buying position and then taking them through the buying process.
You will also be responsible for fielding enquires about the development by telephone and online, ensuring that all queries are answered and interest is developed in to a potential sales lead.
You will report to a sales manager who will set sales targets and offer ongoing support to the company wide sales drive. Naturally, you will be part of a lucrative commision scheme to reward success in selling.
